BNPM Recruitment 2026 General Manager (HR Admin) 1 Post Application Form
Bank Note Paper Mill (BNPM) is looking for a qualified professional for one permanent post of General Manager (HR Admin). This opening is based in Mysuru and involves heading the HR and Administration department. Interested individuals must submit application in prescribed format on or before 02-03-2026.
General Manager (HR and Admin) will head HR and Administration department and oversee policy formulation, manpower planning, recruitment, promotions, performance management, reservation rosters, contract labour administration, learning and development, talent management, CSR, employee and industrial relations, and disciplinary matters.

Selection Process:
Selection for General Manager post will start with careful scrutiny of all applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and professional experience. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for personal interview to evaluate their leadership, administrative, and managerial abilities. Final selection will be made primarily on performance in interview, subject to verification of original certificates and relevant documents.
Application Fees:
Application fee for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates is Rs. 300, which is specifically for intimation charges. All other applicants, including those from the OBC and UR categories, must pay Rs. 800.
Payment should be made through a Banker’s Cheque or a Demand Draft with a validity of three months. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Duly filled physical application along with Demand Draft and required supporting documents must be sent to given address at Mysuru on or before 02-03-2026. Applications received after deadline will not be accepted.
- Download the prescribed application format as mentioned in the recruitment notice.
- Fill out the form neatly and completely with accurate personal and academic details.
- Obtain a Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque for the required fee amount in favor of “BNPM Recruitment Account”.
- Collect self-attested photocopies of mark sheets and degrees for all educational levels.
- Include self-attested experience certificates clearly mentioning the joining and relieving dates.
- Provide age proof through an SSC or equivalent certificate and category certificates if applicable.
- Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the application form at the designated spot.
- Place all documents in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the post name on the top.
- Dispatch the application via post to the Managing Director’s address by 02-03-2026.
