Mode of Recruitment :
Personal Assistant
Selection will be done in two stages. First, a preliminary exam of 200 marks (General Studies 100 + Hindi 100) will be held. Qualified candidates will then appear for Hindi typing, Hindi dictation, English dictation, and MS Office/Processing tests. Hindi typing requires 500 words in 5 minutes with limited errors. Hindi and English dictation will be 30 wpm for 10 minutes each. Final merit will be based only on the MS Office and Processing test; all other stages are qualifying in nature.
Stenographer
Selection will take place in two stages. First is a 200-mark preliminary exam (100 General Studies + 100 Hindi). Qualified candidates will then appear for Hindi typing (500 words in 5 minutes with prescribed error limits), and Hindi & English dictation tests (30 wpm for 10 minutes each with 1.5% relaxation). Candidates clearing all these will take the 100-mark MS Office & Processing Test. Final merit will be based only on the MS Office & Processing Test; earlier stages are qualifying in nature.
Data Entry Operator
The recruitment process for Data Entry Operator will be held in two stages. First, a preliminary exam (OMR-based objective test) will be conducted. Qualified candidates will then appear for Hindi and English dictation tests (computer-based) and the MS Office & Processing test. Hindi dictation of 50 marks and English dictation of 50 marks will be conducted at 8000 key-depressions per hour, and both tests will have 10-minute durations with 1.5% relaxation in allowed errors. After clearing dictation tests, candidates will take a 100-mark MS Office & Processing test of 1 hour. Final merit will be prepared only on the basis of the MS Office & Processing test; all earlier stages are qualifying in nature.
LDC (Lower Division Clerk)
The LDC selection process will be conducted in two stages. First, candidates will appear for a preliminary exam (OMR-based objective test). Qualified candidates will then take Hindi and English dictation tests (computer-based), followed by the MS Office & Processing test. The Hindi dictation test of 50 marks and English dictation test of 50 marks will be held at 30 words per minute for 10 minutes each, with 1.5% relaxation in allowed errors. After clearing the dictation tests, candidates will appear for a 100-mark MS Office & Processing test of 1 hour. The final merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of marks obtained in the MS Office & Processing test; earlier stages will be qualifying in nature.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs 100, to be paid online. Relexation as per categories will be applicable.
