BEL Recruitment 2026 Deputy Manager, Senior Engineer (Bengaluru Complex) 4 Posts Online Application
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced recruitment for 4 posts of Deputy Manager and Senior Engineer at its Bengaluru Complex. These positions include roles in architecture, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and environmental engineering.

Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for a written test. Those who qualify will then be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:7. Minimum qualifying marks are 35% for UR/OBC candidates and 30% for SC/PwBD candidates in both written test and interview separately. The written test carries 85 marks and the interview 15 marks. Selection will be based on combined performance in both stages. The written test will be conducted in Bengaluru, and admit cards will be sent to the email ID provided by candidates.
Fee Structure :
For permanent basis posts (E-III & E-IV), the application fee is Rs. 600/- plus 18% GST. For fixed tenure basis posts (E-III), the fee is Rs. 400/- plus 18% GST. Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, SC, and ST candidates are exempted. Payment must be made online through SBI Collect. No other payment methods are accepted. The fee is non-refundable.
How to Apply :
Candidates must submit the completed application offline by following the procedure outlined below.
- Download the application form from the BEL website.
- Pay the application fee online through SBI Collect. Select the correct payment category and note the SBI Collect Reference Number.
- Fill in the application form completely, mentioning the SBI Collect Reference Number.
- Documents Required to be Sent with the Application:
- 10th Standard marks card (proof of date of birth)
- PUC/12th Class/Diploma marks cards
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Arch/M.Tech marks cards of all semesters/years
- Provisional/Final Degree Certificate
- CGPA to percentage conversion formula (if applicable)
- Caste/Tribe/Community/Disability certificate in prescribed format (OBC certificate issued on or after 01-04-2025)
- Post-qualification experience certificates (appointment/joining letter, relieving letter, or current employment proof with appointment letter, latest pay slip, employee ID proof)
- Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen
- Application fee payment receipt
- Place the completed application form along with all enclosures in an envelope.
- Superscribe the envelope clearly with:
- āApplication for the post of Deputy Manager / Senior Engineer (Permanent Basis) - ESā OR
- āApplication for the post of Senior Engineer (Fixed Tenure Basis) - ESā as applicable.
