Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)'s Navi Mumbai Unit is inviting applications for engagement of Apprentices for a period of One Year. A total of 72 apprenticeship vacancies are available, comprising Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentice positions. Interested candidates must forward the prescribed application format via email on or before 27-02-2026.

Candidates are encouraged to undergo apprenticeship training as it enhances their employment prospects in the related field and industry. The training provides valuable hands-on experience and practical exposure, which strengthens technical skills and improves future career opportunities in relevant organizations.

Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Candidates must have passed the relevant qualification on or after 01-07-2021.
  2. ITI candidates should possess a certificate issued by NCVT / SCVT in the relevant trade.
  3. Age Limit: Upper age limit is 25 years as on 01-02-2026 for Graduate and Diploma Apprentices, and 21 years for ITI Apprentices. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
  4. Candidates who have undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment are not eligible.
  5. Upon completion of 1 Year of Apprenticeship, consent forms will be obtained from Apprentices willing to be considered for Advanced Trainees. Thereafter, Apprentices may be considered for Advanced Trainees for a period of 2 Years.
Stipend Break-up:
  • Rs. 17,500/- (Graduate Engineering): Rs. 13,000 paid by BEL & Rs. 4,500 paid by Government through DBT.
  • Rs. 12,500/- (Graduate B.Sc/B.Com/B.A): Rs. 8,000 paid by BEL & Rs. 4,500 paid by Government through DBT.
  • Rs. 12,500/- (Diploma): Rs. 8,500 paid by BEL & Rs. 4,000 paid by Government through DBT.
  • Rs. 11,040/- (ITI – Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Painter, Electrician, Draughtsman): Paid by BEL.
  • Rs. 10,560/- (ITI – COPA, Welder): Paid by BEL.

Mode of Recruitment:

Selection criteria will be based on the marks obtained by candidates in the written test. Minimum qualifying marks required for suitability in the written test are 35% for General / EWS / OBC-NCL and 30 % for SC / ST / PwBD. Test wil be held at L1, M.I.D.C Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai – 410208. Schedule is as follows :

  • Graduate Apprentice / Diploma Apprentice – 28-02-2026 (2 PM)
  • ITI Apprentice – 02-03-2026 (2 PM)

Selected candidates will undergo detailed document verification before joining. Candidates must compulsorily bring the following documents in original for verification and submit one self-attested copy of each at the time of joining :

  • SSLC / 10th Marks Card
  • 12th Marks Card
  • Provisional B.E./B.Tech Certificate (for Graduate Apprentices – Electronics and Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering)
  • Provisional B.Sc / B.Com / B.A Certificate (for Graduate Apprentices – B.Sc / B.Com / B.A discipline)
  • Diploma Certificate / Provisional Diploma Certificate
  • ITI Certificate of Completion issued by NCVT / SCVT
  • Consolidated Mark Sheet / All Semester Mark Cards
  • SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
  • NATS / NAPS Registration Number or Enrolment Email
  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card

Fee Structure :

No fee to be paid for this recruitment drive.

How to Apply :

For these Apprentice posts of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai, candidates must apply by registering on the respective apprenticeship portal as mentioned below.

  1. Graduate and Diploma Apprentices must register through the NATS 2.0 portal. ITI Apprentices must register through the NAPS portal.
  2. For NATS 2.0 Registration (Graduate / Diploma):
    1. Log in to the NATS 2.0 portal.
    2. Click on the "Student" tab.
    3. Click on "Student Register".
    4. Keep the required documents ready for enrolment.
    5. Click on "Yes".
    6. Enter your Email ID and Mobile Number (these will be used as the username for login).
    7. Click on "Send OTP" and verify using the OTP received on your Email and Mobile.
    8. Fill in all required details including basic details, educational details, communication details, training preference, and bank details.
    9. Preview the profile and click on "Final Submit".
    10. Take a printout of the registration form for future reference. The printout is not required to be sent to Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai at this stage. Keep one copy for your records.
  3. For NAPS Registration (ITI)
    1. Log in to the Apprenticeship India portal.
    2. Click on "Candidate Login/Register" and select "Register".
    3. Fill in all required fields.
    4. Submit the form. A registration number will be generated.
    5. Activate the registration through Email.
    6. Log in to your account.
    7. Complete your profile to 100% by uploading Photo, Signature, Educational Documents, and Bank Account details. Aadhaar authentication is mandatory.
    8. Take a printout of the registration form or enrolment registration email for future reference. The printout is not required to be sent to Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai at this stage. Keep one copy for future use.
  4. After registration on the concerned portal (if not already done), interested candidates must fill the prescribed format attached below and forward the same to namuhr@bel.co.in on or before 27-02-2026.
  5. Ensure that all details entered during registration are correct before final submission, as no correction process is mentioned after final submission.
