Mode of Recruitment :
The scheme of examination will be conducted in three stages: Stage-I, Stage-II, and Stage-III. Each stage is designed to assess different aspects of the candidate's eligibility and suitability for the respective posts.
Stage-I: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions
This stage will consist of a written examination carrying a total of 200 marks, with a time duration of 2 hours. The paper will include objective-type questions from the these subjects:
- General Awareness – 50 Marks
- General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability – 50 Marks
- Arithmetical and Numerical Ability – 50 Marks
- Test of English Language and Comprehension – 50 Marks
Total Marks: 200
Stage-II: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- This stage is applicable to candidates applying for post codes 15/25 (Constable - AAPBn), 16/25 (Constable - Civil Police), 17/25 (Constable - Tax, Excise & Narcotics), and 18/25 (Fireman).
- Ex-servicemen are exempted from appearing for the Physical Efficiency Test but must appear for and qualify in the Physical Standard Test.
Stage-III: Medical Fitness Test
- Candidates who applied for post codes 15/25 (Constable - AAPBn), 16/25 (Constable - Civil Police), 17/25 (Constable - Tax, Excise & Narcotics), and 18/25 (Fireman) will also be required to pass a medical fitness test.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 200/- (Rs 150/- for APST candidates) is to be paid online.
Application fees is nil for PwD candidates.
