AVNL Recruitment 2026 Senior Manager, Pharmacists and Nursing Assistant 9 Posts Application Form
Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) proposes to engage 9 eligible candidates for the posts of Senior Manager, Pharmacist, and Nursing Assistant on a contractual basis.
Applicants must submit all documents related to age, qualifications, and experience along with the application form and ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for the respective posts.
These fixed-term healthcare roles at the AVNL Corporate Office involve medical management, pharmacy services, and patient care support. The initial tenure is one year for the Senior Manager (Medical) post and two years for Pharmacist and Nursing Assistant posts, extendable based on performance.

Mode of Recruitment :
For the post of Senior Manager (Medical), applications will be screened by a committee, and shortlisted candidates will be required to make a presentation before the selection committee outlining their achievements and vision statement. Evaluation will be based on prior work experience, technical expertise, leadership potential, team development, and performance alignment, carrying 85% weightage, with the interview accounting for 15%.
For the posts of Pharmacist and Nursing Assistant, applications will be screened, and selection will be based on a written test carrying 85% weightage (General Knowledge 40% and domain knowledge 45%), followed by an interview carrying 15% weightage. The company reserves the right to apply higher selection criteria depending on the number of applicants and organizational requirements.
Fee Structure :
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300 must be paid either through SBI Collect (PSU → Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (Tamil Nadu) → AVNL CO → Recruitment Fees) or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited, payable at Chennai.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, EWS categories, and female candidates are exempt from payment.

- Pay the application fee of Rs. 300/- through SBI Collect or Demand Draft in favour of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited, payable at Chennai. SC, ST, PwD, Ex-SM, EWS, and female candidates are exempted.
- Place the filled application form, self-attested documents, and fee payment proof in an envelope.
- Super-scribe the envelope with the Advertisement Number and Name of the post applied for.
