| Project Description | The BHISHM Cube is a revolutionary, world-first "portable hospital" designed under the PM-ABHIM mission. It consists of compact, modular cubes that can be deployed within minutes during disasters, war zones, or medical emergencies in remote areas. Each cube is equipped to handle surgery, diagnostic tests, and life support for up to 200 casualties. The project focuses on the logistics, clinical operation, and rapid mobilization of these units to provide "Hita" (well-being) and "Maitri" (friendship) through immediate medical humanitarian aid. |

- Pharmacist
(01 Post): B. Pharmacy from a recognized university with registration with Pharmacy council and 2 years of experience post qualification
OR 10+2 with Science stream (PCB) from a recognized institute with approved diploma in pharmacy and 3 years experience post essential qualification as Pharmacist
- Technician (01 Post) : B.Sc in Emergency Medical Technology with 2 years experience post essential qualification as Medical Technician
OR B.Sc. in Radiological Imaging techniques with 2 years experience post essential qualification as Radiographer
OR Diploma in Radiological Imaging techniques with 3 years experience post essential qualification as Radiographer
- Data Entry Operator
(01 Post) : Graduate with a Diploma in Computer Applications
and minimum 2 years of relevant experience in health programme, working knowledge and experience in Computer Application, knowledge of filing, indexing, drafting and document management

| Project Description | This ICMR-funded research project at AIIMS Deoghar addresses a critical gap in India's tuberculosis elimination strategy: the under-diagnosis of Extra-Pulmonary Tuberculosis (EPTB). Because EPTB often presents in deep-seated lymph nodes, it requires specialized Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC). The project evaluates the MFAT model, which provides structured, multiphase training to primary care Health Officers, supported by Telepathology—allowing experts at AIIMS to review digital slides remotely in real-time. This decentralized approach aims to bring high-accuracy diagnostic capabilities to the grassroots level. |
