| Project Description | This UPCST-funded project (ID 5339) investigates the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on sleep quality in post-stroke patients. Using polysomnography and biomarkers such as melatonin and brain-derived neurotrophic factors, the study aims to assess improvements in sleep and neurological recovery. |
