| Project Description | This project focuses on the advancement of digital mental health and clinical psychiatry. It aims to achieve the development and validation of an Artificial Intelligence Avatar designed to act as a co-therapist for individuals with Depressive Disorder. The research explores how AI-driven tools can assist in managing depressive symptoms through a multicentric randomized controlled trial. This study is supported by ICMR funding. |

| Qualification | - First Class Post Graduate Degree in Psychology from recognized university.
- Desirable:
- MPhil in Clinical Psychology/PhD in relevant field; prior experience in patient recruitment, clinical history taking, MSE, delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT);
- Experience in handling clinical research projects, accounts and administrative responsibilities in psychiatry; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English; experience with RedCap software.

| Monthly Salary | Rs. 56,000 + 10% HRA (Total Rs. 61,600/month) as per ICMR norms |
| Age Limit | maximum 35 years as on 19-04-2026 |
| Selection Process | An interview will be conducted as part of the selection process. A written test may also be held, if deemed necessary by the competent authority.
