APICOL Recruitment 2026 – 143 SRP, TC & BRP Posts under AEPS
Agricultural Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited (APICOL) invites applications for empanelment of State Resource Persons (SRPs), Training Coordinators (TCs) and Block Resource Persons (BRPs) under the Agriculture Entrepreneurship Promotion Scheme (AEPS). A total of 143 resource persons will be empanelled to support training and handholding of Agri-Entrepreneurs across 12 districts of Odisha.
Job Role:
The selected Resource Persons will be responsible for imparting entrepreneurship and trade-specific training to Agri-Entrepreneurs, facilitating exposure visits, providing on-field handholding support, assisting in business planning, financial linkage, convergence planning and monitoring scheme implementation at state and block level as per AEPS operational guidelines.

Note: Retired professionals from relevant domains are also eligible as per ToR. APICOL reserves right to modify number of resource persons.
Remuneration:
- State Resource Person: Rs 1500 per session (1 hour) – Maximum 6 hours/day
- Training Coordinator: Rs 1500 per day
- Block Resource Person: Rs 750 per day
Travel, lodging and boarding will be reimbursed as per NRLM/SRLM norms. BRP conveyance limited to Rs 4000 per month (as per actual).

Selection Process:
Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview. Evaluation will be based on highest educational qualification, total experience, experience in applied theme, project implementation experience, previous empanelment with reputed institutions and performance in interview. Resource Persons will be graded under Category A (80%+), B (60–79%), C (40–59%) and D (30–39%) based on marks secured during assessment. Final empanelled list will be uploaded on APICOL website.
