ADA Recruitment 2026 Walkin for Project Assistant 4 Posts
Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), an autonomous body under Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites eligible candidates to attend Walk-in Interview for engagement of Project Assistant (4 posts) on fixed term basis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Job Role:
The selected candidates will assist in technical and research activities related to aeronautical design, simulation, development and project execution in respective engineering disciplines. Responsibilities include analytical work, documentation, project coordination and support to scientists/engineers in ADA projects.

For Engineering Disciplines (Sl.1 to 4): B.E/B.Tech in First Class + Valid GATE score OR B.E/B.Tech + M.E/M.Tech both in First Class OR B.E/B.Tech in First Class + 2 years post qualification experience. For CSE/IT/IS&E & ECE/Telecom streams (as applicable): B.Sc + M.Sc (First Class) + Valid GATE/NET OR 2 years post qualification experience. Candidates must possess ORIGINAL degree certificates and mark sheets. |
Rs 37,000 per month + HRA as per rules (Initial Emoluments approx Rs 48,100/-) |

Date of Walk-in Interview (Reporting 08:30 AM – 11:00 AM):
- 16-09-2025 – Aeronautical / Aerospace
- 17-09-2025 – Computer Science / IT / IS&E
- 19-09-2025 – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Production
- 22-09-2025 – E&C / Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation
No candidates will be allowed for registration after 11:00 AM.
Selection Mode:
Selection will be based on performance in Walk-in Interview. A panel of suitable candidates will be prepared and will remain valid for one year. Engagement does not guarantee permanent appointment. ADA reserves the right to adopt additional shortlisting criteria if required.

- Carry the following ORIGINAL documents along with one set of photocopies:
- 10th / 12th Certificate (DOB proof)
- UG Degree Certificate & Semester-wise / Consolidated Mark Sheets
- PG Degree Certificate & Mark Sheets (if applicable)
- Valid GATE/NET score card (if applicable)
- Project abstract (not exceeding 300 words) for UG/PG level
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Experience Certificates (if applicable)
Candidates must report at the venue between 08:30 AM and 11:00 AM for document verification. Latecomers will not be permitted.

Initially for 2 years, extendable up to 4 years depending on project requirement.
