AWEIL Recruitment 2026 – Manager, Sr Manager, Assistant Manager & Chartered Accountant (5 Posts)
Advanced Weapons & Equipment India Limited (AWEIL), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for contractual appointments in HR, IT and Finance domains.
Job Role:
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling executive and managerial responsibilities in their respective domains including HR administration, IT infrastructure management, financial compliance, statutory reporting, and operational coordination at AWEIL Headquarters. Candidates may also be deputed to various production units/offices as per organizational requirements.

Note: All appointments are purely on full-time contractual basis for 02 years (extendable as per post terms). No additional allowances are admissible.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on screening of applications with reference to educational qualification and post qualification experience. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted as per criteria decided by the Competent Authority.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview to be conducted by a duly constituted Selection Committee. In case of large number of eligible applicants, the management may also conduct a Written Test for shortlisting purposes. Final selection will be made on the basis of qualification, relevant experience and performance in the interview, and the decision of AWEIL in this regard shall be final and binding.
