Himachal Pradesh High Court (HP High Court) has officially announced the schedule for document verification for the recruitment of Peons in the District Judiciary. The verification process will be conducted from May 22 to May 26, 2025.
Candidates who have successfully applied for these positions and have been found provisionally eligible will receive their verification call letters through official communication channels. These documents will be made available either via individual notifications or through the online portal as per the court's established procedure.
All shortlisted candidates must bring their verification call letters to the designated venue without fail. Additionally, they are required to carry all supporting documents as specified in the call letter, including original certificates and valid photo identification for thorough verification purposes.
To ensure smooth processing and avoid any last-minute complications, candidates are strongly advised to arrive at the verification center well before their scheduled reporting time. This will allow sufficient time for completion of all necessary formalities and document checks.
