South Indian Bank is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Officer (Business Promotion Officer). Interested candidates may submit their online applications by 02-03-2026. The recruitment is for a target-based sales role offered on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 years. However, high-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I), at the end of contract period.

  • Health Insurance Premium: Rs. 0.48 lakhs (Coverage of Rs. 5.25 lakhs).
Terms of Employment
  • The appointment is on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 years.
  • It is renewable subject to performance and bank requirements.
  • High performers may be considered for permanent employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after the contract period at the Bank's discretion.

Mode of Recruitment :

Selection process will consist of a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. The Group Discussion will serve as an elimination stage, and only candidates shortlisted in this round will be called for the Personal Interview. Bank may modify the selection procedure and determine the number of candidates to be called for the final stage based on the number of applications received.
