PNB Recruitment 2025 Local Bank Officer 750 Posts Online Application
Punjab National Bank (PNB) seeks eligible candidates to apply online for 750 regular posts of Local Bank Officers (LBO). Online Applications can be submitted by 23-11-2025, after ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection for Local Bank Officer (LBO) will be conducted in four stages: Online Written Test, Screening of Documents, Local Language Proficiency Test, and Personal Interview.
Stage I – Online Written Test

There will be negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks: 40% for General/EWS and 35% for reserved categories.
Stage II – Screening
Documents uploaded by written-test-qualified candidates will be checked to confirm eligibility. If documents are incorrect or eligibility is not met, the candidate will be rejected.
Stage III – Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Candidates who did not study the state's local language in class 10th or 12th must appear in the LLPT. The test is qualifying in nature. Candidates who studied the local language in 10th/12th will be exempt, but must show proof for the same.
Stage IV – Personal Interview
Candidates who qualify the written test and LLPT will be called for interview. The interview carries 50 marks. Minimum qualifying marks: 45% for SC/ST and 50% for others. Final merit will be based on marks of Written Test + Interview.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs 59 for SC/ST/PwBD category candidates and 1180 for others, to be paid online.
