OICL Recruitment 2025 Administrative Officers 300 Posts Online Application
Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) has announced the recruitment of 300 Administrative Officers for regular positions across various disciplines. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications through the online mode. Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will consist of Phase I (Preliminary Examination), Phase II (Main Examination), and Interview.
Phase I – Preliminary Examination
Prelims will be conducted online for both Generalist and Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officer posts. It will be an objective type test of 100 marks with sectional timing. Candidates will be required to secure minimum qualifying marks in each section to be shortlisted for the main examination.

Interview
Candidates shortlisted based on performance in the Phase II main examination will be called for an interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of combined performance in the main examination and interview.
