Age Calculation Date: Age will be counted as on 01-11-2025. Age Relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PWBD (UR 10 yrs, OBC 13 yrs, SC/ST 15 yrs). Salary : Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.44,500 per month in the pay scale 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 years). They are eligible for DA, Local Compensatory Allowance, HRA, Grade Allowance and other admissible benefits. Initial monthly gross emoluments are approx Rs.1,00,000. |

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process for Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ posts consists of multiple stages designed to evaluate a candidate’s aptitude, subject knowledge, decision-making ability, and professional suitability for the role.
Stages of Selection

Key Points
- Phase I is only qualifying; shortlisting for Phase II is based on merit section scores.
- Phase II scores and Interview marks are combined for the final merit list.
- Negative marking of 1/4th for each incorrect answer in both Phase I and Phase II.
- Cut-offs are applied individually for each test as well as on total score.
- Candidates can choose English or Hindi for answering descriptive papers (where applicable).
- Only candidates who appear in the psychometric test are eligible for interview shortlisting.

Fee Structure :
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PWBD categories do not have to pay any application fee; however, they must pay Rs 150 as intimation charges. All other candidates are required to pay Rs 700 as the application fee along with Rs 150 as intimation charges, making the total payable amount Rs 850. It is to be paid online only.
