MECAB Recruitment 2025 MTS, Accountant and Bank Assistant 73 Posts Online Application
Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank (MECAB) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 73 permanent posts of MTS, Accountant and Bank Assistant. Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process for candidates will be conducted in two stages: a written test followed by a personal interview for candidates who qualify in the written test. This comprehensive evaluation ensures that candidates are assessed on both their academic knowledge and their overall suitability for the role.
The written test will include questions designed to evaluate proficiency in the these areas:
- General Knowledge
- Reasoning Ability
- Quantitative Aptitude
- English Language
After the written test, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview. The interview will assess their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall alignment with the requirements of the position.
The final selection will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in both the written test and the personal interview. Candidates achieving the highest rankings in this combined evaluation will be considered for appointment. Fee Structure :

- Accountant-cum-Head Cashier : Rs 300/- for SC / ST/ OBC / PH and Rs 400/- for other candidates
- Bank Assistant-cum-Cashier – II : Rs 250/- for SC / ST/ OBC / PH and Rs 350/- for other candidates
- Multi-Tasking Staff : Rs 210/- for SC / ST/ OBC / PH and Rs 300/- for other candidates
