LIC Recruitment 2024 Assistant Administrative Officers (Generalist) 300 Posts Online Application

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist). Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements may submit an online application by 31-01-2023, if they are interested and qualified. Dates of Online Examination – Preliminary (tentative) : 17-02-2023 & 20-02-2023

Dates of Online Examination – Main (Tentative) : 18-03-2023

Mode of Recruitment :

Selection of Assistant Administrative Officers will be done through a three tiered process.

• Phase-I: Preliminary Examination:
  • Preliminary Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. Exam will be of max 70 marks with 1 hour duration.
• Phase-II : Main Examination
  • Main examination will consist of objective tests for 300 marks and descriptive test for 25 marks. Both the objective and descriptive tests will be online.
• Phase-III: Interview
  • Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for short listing for interview. Interview will be of 60 marks.

Fee Structure :

Candidates will have to make the payment of Application Fees/Intimation Charges through the On-Line Mode.

• Rs 85/- : for SC/ST/ PwBD candidates
• Rs 700/- : for other candidates

Mode of Recruitment :

Selection will be made on the basis of on-line tests (preliminary & mains), followed by an interview. Preliminary Examination will comprise 100 MCQs type questions of max 70 marks. Duration of preliminary exam will be 1 hours. Candidates will be shortlisted for Main examination, on the basis of preliminary exam marks. Main examination will consist of objective tests for 160 marks for a composite duration of 120 minutes. The marks obtained in the main examination only, will be considered for shortlisting for the interview.The maximum marks for the interview will be 40.

Fee Structure :

Application fee is Rs 100/- for SC/ST Candidates and Rs 750/- for other candidates. Prescribed fees should be paid online by using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
