Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process for Assistant Administrative Officers will be carried out in a structured three-tiered manner. It will consist of a Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, followed by an Interview. Candidates who qualify in each stage will proceed to the next level. After the interview, shortlisted candidates will also undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination as part of the final selection procedure.
It is important to note that only the marks obtained in the Main Examination will be considered for shortlisting candidates for the interview. The Preliminary Examination will serve as a screening test, while the Main Examination will be decisive in determining the merit list.
Phase I: Preliminary Examination
The preliminary test will be conducted online and will consist of objective-type questions divided into three sections. Each section will have a fixed time limit, and candidates will be required to qualify in each section separately. There will be no negative marking in this phase.

Phase II: Main Examination
The main examination will test candidates in multiple areas, including reasoning, general knowledge, financial awareness, and communication skills. The exam will be conducted online and will include both objective-type and descriptive papers. Candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying marks in each section to be considered for further shortlisting.

Phase III: Interview
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of marks in the Main Examination will be called for the interview round. The marks obtained in the main exam will play a crucial role in preparing the final merit list. Those who clear the interview will then undergo a medical examination before the final appointment.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs 85/- for SC/ST/ PwBD candidates and Rs 700/- for other candidates. Fees should be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking.

Online applications can be made through the provided facility by the due date of 08-09-2025. Read the instructions thoroughly before filling up the application. The applicant should fill out all personal and education details in the online application at the appropriate place as per their certificates. A print of the online application should be retained for future use.
