Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process will comprise of an Online Test, Personal Interview and Medical Test.

Online Test

The online test will be Tentatively held on 12-04-2026, and will consist of multiple sections and candidates will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test for further selection. The minimum qualifying marks (sectional and aggregate) will be decided by the Bank depending on the number of vacancies available in each zone. Candidates securing the minimum cut-off marks across each zone (overall and each section) will form the pool of shortlisted candidates for the next stage. There will also be sectional timings within the overall duration of 120 minutes.

The tests except the English Language test will be available bilingually in English and Hindi.

For each question with a wrong answer, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. No penalty will be applied for questions left unanswered.

Personal Interview

Candidates who will qualify in the online test will be called for the personal interview. During the interview, candidates will have the option to answer questions in Hindi or English. Detailed document verification will also be conducted before appearing in Interview.

The personal interview will carry 100 marks and candidates will need to secure minimum qualifying marks in the interview which will be 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The combined final score will be calculated based on marks obtained in Online Test (75 % Weightage) and Personal Interview (25 % Weightage).

Merit list will be prepared zone-wise. Candidates selected after the interview will be required to undergo a pre recruitment medical test.

    • ₹ 1050/- for all other candidates (Application Fees & Intimation Charges)

How to Apply :

Candidates need to submit their application for IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ Recruitment 2026–27 through the online mode within the prescribed dates. The application process is to be completed between 08-03-2026 and 19-03-2026.

  1. Visit the Designated IDBI Bank careers portal and Click on “Click here for New Registration” and enter basic details such as name, mobile number and email ID. A provisional registration number and password will be generated.
  2. Login using the generated credentials and fill in the application form with personal details, educational qualifications and category information carefully.
