Federal Bank Recruitment 2026 Office Assistants Posts Online Application
Federal Bank is inviting online applications for permanent Office Assistant posts for deployment across its notified branches in various states. Interested candidates can submit their applications online on or before 08-01-2026 and are advised to ensure compliance with all eligibility conditions before applying.
Selected candidates will be appointed on a permanent basis with an initial probation period of six months and will be covered under the National Pension Scheme along with applicable benefits such as medical insurance and gratuity. The role involves supporting routine branch operations, customer service activities, and clerical responsibilities.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will consist of two stages : Centre Based Online Aptitude Test and Personal Interview.
Stage 1: Centre Based Online Aptitude Test
The first stage of the selection process will be a Centre Based Online Aptitude Test conducted in online mode, on 01-02-2026. This test will be of objective type and will be held in English language only. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates shortlisted in this stage will be called for the next stage.

Stage 2: Personal Interview
Candidates shortlisted from the Centre Based Online Aptitude Test will be called to appear for the Personal Interview. The interview will be conducted at designated centres as decided by the bank. This stage will assess the candidate’s suitability for the role based on communication skills, general awareness, and overall aptitude.
Each stage of the selection process will be eliminatory in nature, and the final selection will be based on performance in the applicable stages as decided by the bank.
Notably, Candidates shortlisted from the Centre Based Online Aptitude Test will need to download Fed-Recruit Mobile Application and upload mentioned documents / Certificates for further processing. The original of the same shall be submitted during the time of Personal Interview and at the time of joining the Bank. Documents include -
- 10th Mark List / Certificate
- 12th or Diploma Mark List / Certificate (if applicable)
- Graduation Mark Lists (if pursued)
- Valid Address Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID or Driving License)
- PAN Card or PAN Application Acknowledgement
- Microsoft Office Training Certificate (minimum one month duration)
- Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority
- Proof of prior experience (if applicable)
- Appointment Order, Relieving Order or related documents for previous temporary service in Federal Bank (if applicable)
- SC / ST Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Any other certificates, documents or declarations as specified by the Bank

How to Apply :
Apply online by following the step-by-step process given below:
- Submit the online application on or before 08-01-2026 after carefully ensuring that all eligibility conditions related to age, qualification, domicile and other requirements are fulfilled.
- Register using a valid and active email ID and mobile number, which will be used for all future communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Complete the online application form by entering personal details, educational qualifications, experience details (if any), and other required information accurately.
- Select the notified branch or office carefully, ensuring that your domicile is either in the same district or within 20 kilometres from the selected branch or office.
- Upload a recent passport size photograph and signature strictly as per the prescribed specifications mentioned in the application portal.
- Review all the entered details thoroughly, as no correction or modification will be allowed after final submission of the application.
- Pay the applicable application fee online using debit card, credit card, UPI, or internet banking and wait for successful transaction confirmation.
- After successful submission, verify the application status through the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
- PWD candidattes can request for a scribe and for compensatory time by sending a mail to careers@federalbank.co.in with the subject Request for Scribe. Such request must be placed on or before 11-01-2026
- There is no requirement to send any printed copy of the application form to Federal Bank at this stage.
- Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the submitted application form and payment receipt saved for future reference.
