EXIM Bank Recruitment 2026 Management Trainee (Banking Operations) 40 Posts Online Application
Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) has invited online applications for 40 permanent positions of Management Trainee (Banking Operations) posts. The last date to apply online is 01-02-2026. Candidates are advised to carefully check eligibility compliance before submitting the application.
The Management Trainee (Banking Operations) role involves handling core banking functions, financial analysis, and supporting international trade finance operations. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and will be absorbed as Deputy Managers after successful completion of training.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will be conducted in two stages - Written Examination and Personal Interview.
Stage 1: Written Examination
Written examination will be conducted in offline mode at designated centres. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for the next stage based on performance. The examination will be conducted in the following cities:
- Chennai
- Kolkata
- Mumbai
- New Delhi
- Guwahati

Stage 2: Personal Interview
Candidates shortlisted from the written examination will be called for the personal interviews, to be conducted in Mumbai & New Delhi.
The final merit list will be prepared based on overall performance in the written examination and personal interview, with written test carrying 70% weightage and interview carrying 30% weightage.

How to Apply :
Candidates can apply online by following the process explained below:
APPLICATION REGISTRATION- Visit the official recruitment section of Export-Import Bank of India and start the online application.
- Click on new registration and enter basic details such as name, mobile number and email ID.
- A provisional registration number and password will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
- Login using the registration number and password to access the application form.
- Fill personal details, educational qualifications and other required information carefully.
- Use the save and next option to review details before final submission.
- Ensure that the name and personal details exactly match the certificates and identity proof.
- Preview the complete application form and verify all information before final submission.
- Proceed to the online payment section after completing the application form.
- Fee payment can be made using debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS or mobile wallet. On successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated.
- Payment must be completed on or before 01-02-2026.
- Upload scanned documents strictly as per the prescribed format and size.
- Photograph: passport size colour photo (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm), file size between 20 KB to 50 KB.
- Signature: black ink on white paper, file size between 10 KB to 20 KB.
- Left thumb impression: black or blue ink on white paper, file size between 20 KB to 50 KB.
- Handwritten declaration: written by the candidate in English only, file size between 50 KB to 100 KB.
- Upload consolidated mark sheets and degree certificates of Graduation and Post Graduation in PDF format (20 KB to 500 KB).
- Ensure all uploaded images are clear, readable and correctly placed.
No printed copy of the application is required to be sent to Export-Import Bank of India at this stage. Candidates may keep a copy of the submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference.
