BOI Recruitment 2026 Credit Officers (GBO Stream) 514 Posts Online Application
Bank of India has released a recruitment notice inviting applications for 514 positions of Credit Officers, distributed across Scale II, Scale III, and Scale IV. Applications can be made until 05-01-2026.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will consist of an Online Examination and a Personal Interview.
Online Examination
The bank will conduct initial scrutiny of received applications and will conduct an online objective test to evaluate the shortlisted candidates' professional knowledge and aptitude. The structure of the online examination will be as follows :

The English Language test will be of qualifying nature only, whose marks will not be added while preparing merit List. Candidates will have to qualify in each of the objective tests. A penalty for wrong answers will be applicable, where 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted for each incorrect response.
Minimum qualifying marks in all tests will be 35% for General/ EWS candidates (5% relexation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates). The candidates called for the interview will be in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies.
Personal Interview
The final stage will be the Personal Interview, which will carry 100 marks. Candidates will be called for the interview based on their performance in the online examination. The qualifying marks for the interview will be 50% for General/EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks of Online Examination and Personal Interview (70:30 weightage).
Fee Structure :
Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -
- SC/ST/PWBD: Rs 175 (Intimation Charges only)
- General and Others: Rs 850 (Application Fee + Intimation Charges)
How to Apply :
- Candidates can Complete the online registration by using the provided application facility. Proceed for new registration and enter basic information, including name, contact details, and email id, to generate a provisional registration number and password.
- Fill in the online application form with personal, educational, and experience details as per documents.
- Upload a scanned photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) which must be a recent passport-style color picture (200 x 230 pixels, size 20kb to 50kb).
- Upload a scanned signature on white paper with black ink (140 x 60 pixels, size 10kb to 20kb). The signature should not be in capital letters.
- Upload a scanned left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink (240 x 240 pixels, size 20kb to 50kb) and a handwritten declaration in English on white paper with black ink (800 x 400 pixels, size 50kb to 100kb).
- Review the complete application using the preview tab before final submission, as no changes will be allowed after finishing registration. Submit the final application on or before 05-01-2026.
- Pay the applicable application fee online using debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, or mobile wallets.
- After successful payment, take a printout of the system-generated online application form and fee e-receipt for your own records and future use.
- No need to send the hard copy or printout of the application form or any documents to Bank of India at this stage..
