BOI Recruitment 2026 Apprentices 400 Posts Online Application

Bank of India (BOI) is inviting online applications for engagement of Apprentices for 400 training seats across various states and zones. The last date for submitting applications is 10-01-2026. Interested candidates must ensure full compliance with the eligibility conditions before applying. Apprentice Trainees will be enrolled for one-year training program, and will assist in day-to-day branch operations and customer service activities as per training guidelines.

Mode of Recruitment :

Selection process will include three stages: Online Examination, Test of Local Language, and Document Verification.

Online Examination

Online examination will be conducted and candidates will be shortlisted for next stage on the basis of marks scored as per cut-offs decided by the Bank. English Language test will be qualifying in nature and its marks will not be added while preparing the merit list. Total duration will be 90 minutes.

Test of Local Language

Candidates who qualify the online examination will be required to appear for local language proficiency test (reading, writing, speaking and understanding). Candidates producing 10th/12th certificate showing the specified local language will not be required to undergo this test. This test will be of qualifying nature.

Document Verification & Final Selection

Final selection will be done after satisfactory verification of documents, qualifying the local language test and being found medically fit. Merit list will be prepared State-wise and Category-wise based on marks obtained in the online examination.

Fee Structure :

Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -

  • PwBD candidates: Rs. 400 + GST
  • SC / ST / All Women candidates: Rs. 600 + GST
  • All Other Candidates: Rs. 800 + GST

How to Apply :

  1. Eligible candidates will first register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and obtain their Enrolment ID.
  2. Login on the portal using the Enrolment ID and apply for Apprenticeship against the advertisement published by Bank of India.
  3. After applying on the portal, eligible candidates will receive an email from info@bfsissc.com within 48 hours to fill the “Application cum Examination Fee Form”. Candidates will provide personal details, zone choice, category, PwBD status and pay the examination fee online.
  4. After successful fee payment, candidates will again receive an email within next 48 hours containing a copy of their submitted Application cum Examination Fee Form. They should note/keep acknowledgement number and retain a copy of the form for future use.
  5. At the time of online examination, the same ID proof uploaded on the portal will have to be shown for verification.
  6. At this stage, candidates need not send any printed copy to Bank of India. However, candidates should keep a print/soft copy of the submitted acknowledgment form for future reference.
