West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up 591 permanent posts of Junior Assistant, Junior Peon and Various.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection to Group – C post: Selection shall be made strictly on the basis of merit. The merit will be determined by the results of the Selection Test comprising written examination (OMR Based MCQ Type) and evaluation of academic qualifications of the candidates.
Written Examination (MCQ Type) 80 Marks and Academic qualification including professional qualifications 20 Marks.
Selection to the Post of Group D Staff :- Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit. The merit will be determined by the results of the Selection Test comprising written examination (MCQ Type) and OMR Sheet which will be evaluated by Computer.
Written Examination (MCQ Type) 60 Marks.
Fee Structure :
Application fees for Group D Staff of Rs.100/- for SC/ST/ PD and Rs.150/- for all other candidates and for Clerk Rs.140/- SC/ST/ PD and Rs.200/- for all other candidates is to be paid by Internet Banking or Debit card or Credit Card, OR through printed Bank Challan with Cash, during office hours at any branch of Allahabad Bank branch in West Bengal.

Selection Process :
Selection will be made on the basis of the results of the State Selection Test comprising written examination conducted by the Central Commission, evaluation of academic and professional qualifications and personality tests.
Written Examination : 60 marks, Academic qualifications including professional qualifications : 28 marks, Experience in teaching 5 marks and Personality Test : 7 marks.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs.750/- for SC / ST/ PH Candidates and Rs.1000/- for General & OBC Candidates is to be paid by e-Challan.
