TNSET Recruitment 2024 TNSET for Assistant Professor 1000 Posts Online Application
Manonmaniam Sundaranar University is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TNSET) for Assistant Professor posts. Applicants who meet the qualifications and are interested can submit an online application until 30-04-2024. All of the candidate's personal and educational details should be included.

Mode of Recruitment :
The test will consist of two papers, Paper I and Paper II. Paper I will be common to all candidates, while Paper II will be based on the PG subject chosen by the candidates (as given in the TNSET list of subjects). Both papers will be in objective type and multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
Paper I will comprise 50 questions totaling 100 marks, and Paper II will comprise 100 questions totaling 200 marks. The total time allotted for the exam will be 3 hours.
Fee Structure :
Application fee for exam can be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
Nil for Third Gender
Rs 800/- for SC/ST/SC(A)/PwD ( VI, HI, PH )
Rs 2000/- for BC/MBC/DNC
Rs 2500/- for other
How to Apply :
Applications for positions can be submitted online using the provided facility on or before 30-04-2024. Read the instructions very carefully before beginning to fill out the application. The applicant has to include all of their personal and educational information in the appropriate areas of the online application, which is organised according to the certificates they have. Applicants are required to provide a scanned photo of themselves along with their signatures when submitting their applications online. It is recommended that a hard copy of the application that was submitted online be kept for future use.

TNSET Recruitment 2018 Assistant Professor Posts Application Form
Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TNSET) is going to conduct Tamilnadu State Eligibility Test 2018 examination for Assistant Professor Posts in Tamil Nadu Universities and Colleges.
Interested candidates possessing required eligibility may apply online from 18-12-2017 to 09-02-2018. Before filling online form, applicants must read carefully all the information about eligibility criteria and other norms.
Applicants keep raedy scanned copy of passport size photograph in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 40 kb and Signature in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 30 kb. Candidate must provide functional e-mail ID and mobile no. for registration, as they will be used for any communication during the recruitment process.

Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PwDVI,HI,PH , Rs.1250/- for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and Rs.1500/- for General/ OBC Creamy Layer is to be psid by credit / debit card / net-banking.
How to Apply :
Interested persons fulfilling the criteria may apply online from 18-12-2017 to 09-02-2018. Candidates must read the conditions of eligibility carefully and must satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the TNSET 2018 before filling the Online Form.
Candidates are advised to keep near all documents at the time of filling form for help and scanned copy of passport size photograph in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 40 kb and Signature in JPG format of minimum 4kb to 30 kb.
Step for filling online form:
- Step-I: Applicants have to register by filling E-mail ID and Mobile Number.
- Step-II: After registration, applicants recived OTP on their registered Mobile Number. Applicants should upload the scanned photo of their photograph, (Size of file should be between 4 KB to 40 kb in jpg/ jpeg format only) and signature should be between 4kb-30kb.
- Step-III: Applicants have to pay application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking Only.
After successful completion of online form , candidates must take a print out of the online form and keep for their record and future reference. No need to send print at this stage.
