Sikkim TET Recruitment 2019 Sikkim TET 2019 for Teachers Posts Online Application


Education Department of Sikkim will be conducting Sikkim Teacher Eligibility Test (Sikkim TET 2019) for appointment of eligble candiadtes as Primary Teacher for Classes I to V and for Elementary (Graduate) Teacher for Classes VI to VIII. Human Resource Development Department invites application from the local candidates of Sikkim for Sikkim Teacher Eligibility Test -2019.

Interested and Eligible Candidates may apply only through online mode latest by 15-09-2019. Before filling form, candidates should read notification carefully and make ensure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria. All personal and educational details must be mentioned properly.

NOTE: All candidates who pass the STET will be awarded certificate .The validity of certificate will be till he/she crosses the employability age as per the State Government norms.

 

Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Educational Qualification for becoming Primary Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage)

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with min 50% marks and passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education ( D. El. Ed)

OR

Senior Secondary ( or its equivalent) with min 50% marks and passed 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with min 50% marks and passed 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education)

  • Minimum Qualification for becoming Graduate Teacher for classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)

B.A./B.Sc./ with 50% marks and passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.).

OR

B.A./B.Sc./ with 50 % marks and passed 2year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with min 50% marks and passed 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with min 50% marks and passed 4 year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed

Last date for submission of print of application : 17-09-2019 to 21-09-2019

 

Mode of Recruitment :

Sikkim TET exam will contain quedstion of objective type (Multiple Choice Question). There will be no negative marking. No. of MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) will be 150. All are compulsory. Duration of examination will be of 2:30 hrs.

Fee Structure :

Rs. 400/- on account of Exam fee should be deposited in favor of Joint Director/ Examinations, HRDD from any bank or branches of IDBI Bank (IDBI Account Number:0108102000006767 branch: Gangtok) .

 

How to Apply :

Interested candidates with qualifications may apply online for concerned posts as per given online application form. Candidate should also submit print of online application along with receipt copy of exam fee and photocopies of related documents to given address on or before the due dates. Eligible candidates will be intimated about further proceedings. Keeping a print copy for future use is advised.
