The research involves synthesizing advanced bio-inks, cultivating primary cells in specialized bioreactors, and surgical transplantation into a porcine model of liver disease. The efficacy of the construct is evaluated through complex serum biochemistry, proteome analysis, and histological immunostaining to assess functional integration and disease recovery. |
