| Project Description | This project focuses on creating a more affordable and efficient way to store energy by developing "Sodium-Ion Batteries." By using pet-coke (a byproduct of oil refining) to create hard carbon anodes, the research into national science and sustainable energy aims to find a high-tech use for industrial waste. This project is funded by M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Noida (Industry sponsored project) to ensure that our nation moves toward self-reliance in battery technology and clean energy storage. The goal is to provide a better treatment for our national industrial standards by applying chemical engineering to create long-lasting batteries, helping the whole community enjoy a more stable and healthy future. |
