Odisha Secondary Education Board (BSE Odisha) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET 2024). Interested and qualified candidates may submit an online application by 06-07-2024 after confirming that they meet the necessary eligibility standards. Mode of Recruitment :
The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test will consist of two papers.
Paper I: The exam will consist of 150 questions, totaling 150 marks.
Paper II: The exam will have 90 questions, totaling 90 marks.
Fee Structure :
The fee is Rs. 6000/- for ST & SC category candidates of Odisha (Rs 900/- for both papers) and Rs. 900/- for other candidates (Rs 1400/- for both papers). The prescribed fees should be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
How to Apply :
Candidates need to fill out applications only through the provided online facility by due date of 06-07-2024. Candidates should fill in the required details carefully in their online applications. The online application should also include a personal email address and phone number. After the final submission of an online application, a copy should be printed out and kept for future use.

Mode of Recruitment :
There will be two papers for the OSSTET, namely Paper-I and Paper-II. The duration of the test for each paper will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Successful candidates will receive an OSSTET Pass Certificate from the B.S.E., Odisha. The OSSTET Pass Certificate will remain valid until the candidate reaches the upper age limit prescribed for the recruitment of teachers, as per the rules or executive instructions set by the government from time to time.
Fee Structure :
The fee for OSSTET is Rs. 400/- for ST & SC category candidates of Odisha and Rs. 600/- for other candidates. The prescribed fees should be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
