IIM Mumbai Recruitment 2026 Placement Associate 2 Posts Online Application
Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) is looking for 2 contractual Placement Associates to join the team. These roles involve managing student placements and building relations with various industries at the Mumbai campus. Application period remains open until 22-03-2026.
Placement Associate – I is a senior-level contractual role at IIM Mumbai focused on strategic corporate engagement, recruiter relationship management, placement strategy support, and mentoring junior placement staff.
Placement Associate – II is a contractual operational role supporting day-to-day placement activities, including interview coordination, MIS maintenance, corporate outreach assistance, and logistical support for recruitment processes.
The engagement is initially for one year and is extendable annually for up to three more years based on performance and need of the Institute.

Selection Mode:
