| Project Description | This project focuses on creating high-performance pressure sensors that can survive and function in "extreme environments," such as inside jet engines or space vehicles. By using Silicon Carbide (SiC) instead of regular silicon, the research into national science and advanced electronics aims to build sensors that don't melt or fail under intense heat. This project is funded by the DRDO (Defence Research & Development Organisation) to ensure that our nationās defense and aerospace technology remains independent and cutting-edge. The goal is to provide a better treatment for our national engineering standards by designing and simulating micro-scale sensors (MEMS), helping the whole community enjoy a more stable and technologically secure future. |
