National Institute of Technology Meghalaya (NIT Meghalaya) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 1 post of Junior Research Fellow (Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering) on fixed-term basis under a research project. Applications will be accepted up to 30-04-2026.

| Project Description | This project focuses on the advancement of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and semiconductor technology for extreme environments. It aims to achieve the creation of pressure sensors that use Silicon Carbide (SiC) due to its ability to function at high temperatures where traditional silicon fails. This research is funded by DRDO (DFTM). |
