| Project Description | This project focuses on the advancement of pharmaceutical biotechnology and public health safety. It aims to achieve a solution to the global challenge of antimicrobial resistance and the immune system suppression often caused by heavy antibiotic use. The research explores the use of Biocompatible Lipid-functionalized Ionic Liquids (BLIL) as a multifaceted tool. This study targets the pathogen, the host, and the surrounding environment to promote a planetary health approach at the Department of Biotechnology, NIPER-Ahmedabad, with support from GSBTM. |
