NIA Jaipur Recruitment 2026 Junior Translation Officer, Junior Secretariat Assistant 2 Posts Online Application
National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur (NIA Jaipur) invites eligible candidates to submit online applications for 2 posts of Junior Translation Officer and Junior Secretariat Assistant. Applicants must ensure that they fulfil all prescribed eligibility conditions before submitting their applications on or before 06-02-2026.
The Junior Translation Officer will handle translation of official documents and correspondence between Hindi and English, supporting day-to-day administrative communication. The appointment is on deputation/short-term contract basis for an initial period of three years or until the post is filled on a regular basis, whichever is earlier.
The Junior Secretariat Assistant will manage routine clerical work such as data entry, typing, file handling, and general office support. The post is a regular appointment with service tenure governed by applicable government rules, with no specific project duration prescribed.

Mode of Recruitment :
All applications received for the posts of Junior Translation Officer and Junior Secretariat Assistant at National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur (NIA Jaipur) will be scrutinized in detail. Candidates found suitable based on eligibility and qualifications will be shortlisted and called for the interview stage to be conducted subsequently.
Fee Structure :
The application fee for each post is Rs. 2,500 (Rs. 2,000 for SC, ST, and EWS candidates) and must be paid online.
