Karnataka SET Recruitment 2025 KSET 2020 Exam for Assistant Professor Posts Online Application

University of Mysore has invited application from the eligible candidates to appear for Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) – 2021 for Assistant Professor posts, which will be conducted on 11-04-2021.

Interested and Eligible Candidates may apply online by 07-03-2021 , after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria. All personal and educational details must be mentioned properly.

Last date for submission of hard copy of the application form along with Attendance Slip to the respective Nodal Centers : 15-03-2021

Date of Examination : 11-04-2021

Mode of Recruitment :

The test will be consisting of two papers. Paper-I will consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks. Paper I will be of 1 hour duration. Paper II will consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks and duration of 2 hours.

Fee Structure :

Application fee is Rs 650/- for Cat-I, SC,ST, PWD, Rs 950/- for Cat-IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB and Rs 1150/- for other candidates, to be paid online mode only.

Candidates intending to register for the State Eligibility Test are required to submit the application form and fee through online mode, after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria. All personal and educational details must be mentioned properly.

Online Application forms will be received by : 10-01-2020 .

Exam date : Feb 2020

Mode of Recruitment :

There will be two papers for the SET- Feb - 2020 . Paper I is common for all candidates, which will consists 120 questions in two parts, Part (A) General Knowledge and Part (B) Aptitude in Teaching. Paper II will be a test based on the subject of specialisation of the candidate at the Post Graduate (PG) Level. The duration of the Test will be 120 minutes for each paper. Paper will be 120 questions carrying one mark each for the subjects. For Mathematics and Statistics there will be only 80 questions carrying 1.5 marks each.

Fee Structure :

The fee will be Rs 1000/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs 500/- for SC/ ST/ Differenly abled candidates. The mode of payment shall be only be paid through online mode.
