| Project Description | This ICMR-funded project at Jamia Millia Islamia focuses on advancing targeted therapies for aggressive cancer. The research involves the development of BET inhibitors specifically designed to interact with epigenetic biomarkers in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). Rephrasing is done to utilize in-silico guided drug design followed by rigorous in vitro and preclinical validation. The study aims to identify novel chemical compounds that can effectively suppress tumor growth by disrupting the transcriptional pathways that drive malignancy in TNBC patients. |
