ICRISAT Recruitment 2026 Associate Manager (Grants) 1 Post Online Application

International Crops Research Institute for the Semi Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) has invited eligible candidates to submit online applications for 1 contractual post of Associate Manager (Grants). Associate Manager will handle post award grant management, coordinate with Principal Investigators and finance teams, manage project reporting, and support resource mobilization activities within the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Unit.

The engagement is on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years and is based in Hyderabad. Applications are to be submitted by 15-04-2026 after ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements.

Experience:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, grant management and/or project management in the international development or research sector.
  • Experience supporting research or program delivery teams and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing donor compliance, technical and financial reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed teams during the donor grant lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of CRM or IT tools such as Salesforce, MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
