Project DescriptionThis project focuses on developing a prototype for an Alkali-Acid Hybrid Battery for stationary energy storage. It aims to synthesize cathode materials using hydrothermal and co-precipitation methods, followed by advanced characterization and electrochemical testing. This project is funded by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), NRB.

  • M.Sc. in Physics/Materials Science/Chemistry OR
  • M.Tech. in Materials Engineering/Nanotechnology/Energy Science and Technology or relevant discipline with consistently good academic record
  • Must have qualified national-level examination (GATE >2500, CSIR-UGC NET, or JEST).
Monthly Salary
  • First two years: INR 37,000/- + HRA per month;
  • Third year: INR 42,000/- + HRA per month
Age Limitmaximum 28 years
