IIT Dharwad Recruitment 2026 ERP Head, Database Administrator and Developer 3 Posts Online Application
Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad (IIT Dharwad) has announced a recruitment drive to fill 3 contractual positions of ERP Head, Database Administrator and Developer. Interested and eligible candidates are required to submit applications through online portal on or before closing date of 08-03-2026. Before applying, candidates must carefully review and confirm that all specified eligibility criteria are met.
ERP Head (Supervisor/Consultant), Database Administrator, and Developer posts at IIT Dharwad are offered on contract basis for ERP Cell to support implementation of Comprehensive Institute Management System (CIMS).
ERP Head will supervise daily activities of ERP team, translate business requirements into system specifications, prepare user stories, epics, and product backlog, maintain documentation, and coordinate with implementation team.
Database Administrator will design and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers; optimize performance; manage database security and integrity; handle backups; develop ETL processes; and ensure compliance with data privacy norms.
Developer will work on JS, React JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, SQL, and low-code or no-code platforms for system development and integration. All positions are initially for one year and may be extended up to three years based on performance and institute requirements, with 5% salary increase on each extension.

Mode of Recruitment:
Selection process involves assessment of applications followed by interview. Applications will be reviewed and suitable candidates will be shortlisted. Interview details, including document requirements, will be sent to selected individuals through official communication.
Fee Structure:
Application fee of Rs 200/- inclusive of GST is required to be paid. Payment must be made through State Bank e-Collect facility using link provided in online application form.

- Experience certificates (on organization letter head, bearing date of issue, specific period of work, nature of duty, designation, pay drawn for each position, duly certified by issuing authority);
- Date of birth proof; Caste / Category certificate (if applicable);
- Any other relevant documents.
- Provide application fee payment reference number in online application form.
- Submit online application form on or before last date : 08-03-2026.
- After submission and fee payment, confirmation email will be sent to registered email ID.
- Keep copy of completed application received on email for future reference.
- No hard copy or printout is required to be sent to IIT Dharwad office by post.
