| Project Description | This project focuses on the engineering of Self-Assembling Antibody-Drug Conjugates (SADCs), an advanced class of "magic bullets" for oncology. Unlike traditional ADCs that rely on complex chemical conjugation, SADCs are designed to spontaneously organize into stable, nanostructured therapeutic units. This approach aims to achieve a precise Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR), enhance tumor penetration, and reduce systemic toxicity by ensuring the cytotoxic payload is only released within the acidic environment of cancer cells. This research is funded by a Private Agency (e.g., a pharmaceutical corporation or a specialized biotech venture capital fund). |
