IIITDM Jabalpur Recruitment 2026 Managing Associate 1 Post Online Application
Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (IIITDM Jabalpur) has announced an opening for one contractual post of Managing Associate. This position is based at the Electronics and ICT Academy in Madhya Pradesh and involves handling liaison with educational bodies and managing financial reports. Managing Associate will work on a contractual basis at the Electronics and ICT Academy (Phase II), PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, handling liaison with educational institutions, managing finance and HR tasks, coordinating correspondence, promoting events, and preparing technical and financial reports. The initial contract is for one year, extendable up to two more years based on performance and project continuation.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. The shortlisted list will be shared on the Academy’s website and communicated via email. Selected candidates must appear for a Skill Test/Written Test and an interview, which will be conducted in person at the institute.
Fee Structure:
The application fee is Rs. 500, which should be paid in favor of "PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur". Applicants belonging to SC, ST, PwD categories and all women candidates are exempt from paying this fee. Payment must be completed during the online application process.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates must submit the application through the specified Google Form link on or before 02-03-2026. Physical submission of documents is not necessary at this stage, but all certificates must be ready for the offline interaction. Following are the steps for the process:

- Fill in the identifying information and educational history exactly as per the original mark sheets.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 500 through the specified mode, unless belonging to an exempted category.
- Scan and upload a recent photograph and a clear signature within the online form.
