IIIM Jammu Recruitment 2025 Junior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Stenographer 10 Posts Online Application
Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine Jammu (IIIM Jammu) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 10 permanent posts of Junior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Stenographer. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online on or before 13-06-2025 , after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria.

Junior Secretariat Assistant :
Candidates who meet all eligibility criteria will be invited for:
1. A proficiency test in complete typing and computer usage
2. A competitive written examination
The computer typing proficiency test is qualifying in nature.
Competitive Written Examination Scheme:
The examination consists of two papers. Paper I will be evaluated only for candidates who secure minimum threshold marks (determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper II.

Computer Proficiency Test:
English typing at 35 w.p.m. or Hindi typing at 30 w.p.m. (10 minutes duration). 25/30 w.p.m. corresponds to 10500/9000 key depressions per hour (average 5 key depressions per word).
Merit List Preparation:
1. Computer proficiency test is qualifying in nature
2. Paper II of the written examination is qualifying in nature
3. The Selection Committee will determine minimum marks for Paper I
4. Paper I will be evaluated only for candidates who secure minimum threshold marks in Paper II
5. The final merit list will be based on marks obtained in Paper II
Junior Stenographer :
Candidates who meet all eligibility criteria will be invited for:
1. A proficiency test in stenography
2. A competitive written examination
The stenography test is qualifying in nature.

Merit List Preparation:
1. Preliminary stenography test is qualifying in nature
2. The final merit list will be based on marks obtained in the competitive written examination

Fee Structure :
No fee is payable, subject to uploading of relevant document, for SC/ ST/ PwBD/Women/ Ex-Servicemen/ Regular CSIR Employees. Application fees of Rs 500/- should be paid online.
How to Apply :
Candidates need to fill out applications only through the provided online facility by due date of 13-06-2025. Candidates should fill in the required details carefully in their online applications. The online application should also include a personal email address and phone number. After the final submission of an online application, a copy should be printed out and kept for future use.
