IICB Recruitment 2025 Technical Assistant and Technician 21 Posts Online Application
Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 21 permanent posts of Technical Assistant and Technician. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online on or before 31-03-2025 , after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection of candidates will be conducted through a written examination. The exam structure varies based on the position applied for, with different marking schemes, question counts, and time durations.
For candidates applying for the Technical Assistant posts, the written test will consist of a total of 200 questions, carrying a maximum of 550 marks. The duration of the examination will be 3 hours.
For candidates applying for the Technician posts, the written test will include 150 questions, with a total weightage of 400 marks. The duration of this examination will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The written examination will assess candidates on various subject areas relevant to the respective posts. It is important for applicants to prepare thoroughly to perform well in the test and secure their place in the selection process.
Fee Structure :
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities/Women/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from submission of application fee.
Application fees of Rs 500/- is to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
How to Apply :
On or before 31-03-2025, online applications can be submitted using the offered facility. Before completing the application, carefully read the instructions. The candidate should fill out the online application with all of their personal and educational information in the proper sections, according to their certifications. Mode of Recruitment :
Selection will be conducted through an open written competitive examination. The examination will consist of two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II.

Paper-II (Time Alloted-2 hours) : The paper will comprise writing of a paragraph in English and Hindi separately; Precis writing in English and Hindi and translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English. The total marks in the Paper–II exam will be 300 and time allotted for exam will be 2 hours.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 500/- (nil for Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen) is to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
How to Apply :
Candidates who are qualified and interested can only apply online, and they must do so by the due date or before 15-02-2025. According to their certificates, candidates should fill out their online applications with their full name, father name, address, qualifications, and any other required information. The candidates should scan their pictures and signatures and upload them online. Keep the completed application form so you can use it in the future.
