- must have qualified CSIR-UGC-NET (including Assistant Professorship/PhD admission eligibility) OR GATE OR national-level examination conducted by central government departments (DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.).
- Desirable: hands-on laboratory experience in asymmetric organic reactions, column chromatography, NMR spectroscopy, chiral HPLC, biocatalysis or photocatalysis.

| Monthly Salary | - Junior Research Fellow (JRF) : NET-JRF/NET-Assistant Professorship (Year 1–2): Rs. 37,000/- + HRA @24% OR NET Category 3 (PhD admission eligibility) (Year 1–2): Rs. 30,000/- + HRA @24%;
- SRF (Year 3): Rs. 42,000/- + HRA @24% (as per ANRF norms, subject to satisfactory performance review)
