It aims to investigate how modulating these mechanisms can revive DNA damage responses to kill cancer cells. The research employs both In vitro (cell line) and In vivo (animal model) approaches to validate therapeutic efficacy. It is funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).

Project DescriptionThis project aims to develop a multi-modal Hybrid Deep-Learning system for the early diagnosis of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and its progression to Steatohepatitis (NASH). By fusing data from histopathology liver biopsies with clinical blood parameters, the model seeks to identify subtle disease markers that traditional methods might miss. This 5-year study is funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).
