| Project Description | This project focuses on creating a smart map and a long-term plan to make five towns in the Jammu region better places to live. By using computer maps and looking at where houses and roads should go, the medical research into city health aims to ensure that every family has access to good water, electricity, and clean streets. This research is funded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) to help these towns grow in a way that is organized and safe for everyone. The goal is to provide a better treatment for our urban spaces by making sure that future buildings and parks are placed in the best possible spots. |

- Planning Manager (1 Post) : PG in Urban Planning/Transport Planning/Infrastructure Planning/Environment Planning/Housing or equivalent with 55% marks and Minimum 5 years experience
- Senior Planner (3 Posts) : PG in relevant planning discipline with 55% marks. and Minimum 2 years experience
- Planner (5 Posts) : UG/PG in relevant planning discipline with 55% marks and 2 years experience

| Selection Process | The selection process will consist of initial shortlisting based on academic qualifications, followed by an interview. |
