By using a community-led digital system, the goal is to ensure resources are used wisely and everyone is involved in making decisions. This research is funded by an in-house grant.

  • Junior Project Fellow (01 Post) : First class master degree in Environmental Science, Life Science, Ecology, Forestry, Rural Development, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Computer Science and Agricultural economics or relevant discipline from a recognized university;
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Block chain technologies or digital governance tools; knowledge in creating QR codes.
  • Field Assistant (01 Post) : Intermediate (10+2) with 02 years work experience or Graduation;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience of living in the challenging terrains of the Himalayas and conducting fieldwork, data collection and community-based liaising and communication; Willingness to stay and travel in the difficult terrains of the Himalayas is essential.
Monthly Salary
  • Junior Project Fellow : Rs. 24,000/- + HRA per month
  • Field Assistant : Rs. 18,000/- fixed per month
Age Limit
  • Junior Project Fellow : maximum 28 years
  • Field Assistant : maximum 40 years
