| Qualification | - Junior Research Fellow (NET Qualified) / Junior Project Fellow (Non-NET) (01 Post) : First Class Master degree in Meteorology/ Geology/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Agrometeorology/ Computer Science/ Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing and GIS from recognized university.
- Desirable: Experience in weather forecasting and analysis; working with meteorological instruments; crop yield forecasting using climate data; programming; data analysis; machine learning; AI; field surveys; physically fit to work in Himalayan region.
- Field Assistant (01 Post) : Bachelor degree in Science/ Commerce/ Humanities.
- Desirable: research experience in Indian Himalayan Region.

- Junior Project Fellow (Non-NET Qualified) : Rs. 24,000/- per month + HRA
- Field Assistant : Rs. 20,000 + HRA per month

- Desirable: research experience in digital and field data acquisition; knowledge of RS-GIS applications, Python, R, DBMS, statistical tools; hydrological processes simulation and modelling; land restoration models; experience working in IHR.
