It aims to identify the specific chemical compounds, nutritional value, and safety profiles of this ethnic drink. The research seeks to document indigenous knowledge while exploring the potential for standardization and livelihood enhancement for tribal communities. This project is funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. |
