| Project Description | This project aims to use advanced science and particle accelerators to change the way memory chips are made. The research team is working hard to test how different levels of radiation can make Hafnium Oxide films better at holding an electric charge. This research is funded by the IUAC-UFR Project to support the development of next-generation tools for the nation's technology program. Through this medical research into material behavior, the team hopes to provide a better treatment for data loss by building a system that is much tougher and more efficient than the memory we use in our phones and computers today. |
