The research focuses on identifying high-TFA food sources and developing healthier fat alternatives and reformulating food products without compromising taste or shelf life. By providing technical solutions to the food industry and assisting regulatory bodies, the project aims to ensure that "Heart-Healthy" food options are accessible to all citizens, significantly reducing the risk of heart attacks and related ailments. |
