| Project Description | This initiative helps to study and improve a special traditional food from Nagaland called Ashikunma or Thevochie. By using simple and safe new methods, the study finds ways to make more of this meat product so that more families can enjoy it while keeping their old traditions alive and healthy. This project is funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) to support local cultures with the help of modern science. |
