Mode of Recruitment :
Selection will be based on an online computer-based examination consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 200 marks, to be completed within 60 minutes. The test will include Marathi Language, English Language, General Knowledge, and Intelligence Test with 10 questions each for 20 marks per subject, along with 60 subject-specific questions covering areas such as Labour Welfare, Labour Legislation, Industrial Relations, and Personnel Management for 120 marks. Candidates must secure at least 45% of total marks to qualify. A common merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the online examination, and final selection will be made according to the applicable reservation rules.
Fee Structure :
The application fee for the Open (General) category is Rs. 1,000, which includes GST. For candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, and EWS, the fee is Rs. 900. All payments must be processed through the online payment gateway, and the fee is non-refundable.
